As their service offering has grown, so too has the complexity of managing it, from practitioner scheduling and company accounts to individual employee appointments and sensitive health data across multiple touchpoints.

They came to us needing a smarter way to handle all of it. Their existing processes involved multiple moving parts and managing everything manually or through disconnected systems would have created unnecessary admin, slower response times, and increased risk around handling sensitive information. They needed a platform that would simplify operations, improve the customer experience, and give their team confidence that the entire booking journey was secure, streamlined, and scalable.

Designing a Custom Booking Platform From the Ground Up

Working closely with the New Leaf Health team, we designed and developed a fully bespoke custom booking platform tailored to the way they actually work. Rather than forcing their processes into an off-the-shelf system, we created a custom digital workflow that connected office administration, practitioners, client businesses, and end users in one seamless platform. The system allows businesses and individual users to book, amend, and manage appointments at their convenience across desktop, tablet, and mobile, significantly reducing the administrative burden on the New Leaf team.

Behind the scenes, we built a flexible infrastructure that supports custom event and session booking, practitioner scheduling and appointment management, company and team-based user access, role-specific dashboards and permissions, automated confirmations, reminders, and booking communications, integrated health assessment workflows, mobile-friendly access for on-site delivery teams, and secure handling of sensitive customer data.
